I've problem uploading my pictures from the camera to my PC. Not sure what is wrong so I have to wait for Carlos to help me on this. In the mean time here are some of the pictures I took when we arrived on the first day. The flight there was pretty smooth except for an hour delayed in Dallas. Touch down in OC around 2.30pm, got our rental car and went straight to the hotel. We stayed at Comfort Suites which is not too far from the airport and our old house. It was a pretty decent, clean, quiet hotel which we like a lot. Actually we stayed there before for a few days before we moved to PA. So rather than looking for a new hotel we just stay in one that we are familiar with.
We had a very relaxing trip. No special plan or any particular places to visit. We just wanted to go back to California after so long. It's just like home coming for us. Gosh, how we miss this place, the people, the food and most of all the environment and the weather. It can get pretty hot there but it is not as humid as PA.
Anyway, here are some pictures we took along the way.

After a quick shower, we headed out to our favorite Japanese Ramen Noodles Restaurant f0r lunch/dinner.
Then we went to the Japanese supermarket to buy a few things.
Just see what we bought ..... junk food!!!
On the way to our old neigborhood.
Our old house.
How we miss this environment.

Gert,
That ramen looks so good. Eh Gert, you have a nice and big house in PA... Cali is fine (I heard) but it's too expensive to live there. Houses there are all mahal-mahal...
What a nice scenery there!.Bring back my yesteryear memory..I only visit Disneyland,Anhiem,LA farm and San Diego as tourist 14 years ago but never jalan jalan makan angin like you..Wish I can go to Cali again soon!!
Beautiful pictures there, Gert. And when I saw the picture of Carlos walking far ahead, I laughed out loud. I'm sure he's very excited being home too. :)
Gert, in a way ur lucky tht u left cali before the weekend. It was so bloody hot over the weekend. now barulah boleh nafas lega sikit. hehe.
Cat, you are right. The house in PA is much bigger and much cheaper than the one in CA :)
